Residents of Twifo Praso in the Twifo Atti Morkwa District of the Central Region are reeling in shock after the lifeless body of a young woman, Nana Zinabu, believed to be 18 or 19 years old, was discovered under disturbing circumstances in her bedroom.

According to eyewitness accounts, the tragic discovery was made around 4:30 AM by a co-tenant who was preparing food for sale. The witness noticed Nana Zinabu’s door slightly open and decided to check on her. Upon entering the room, she found Zinabu lying naked, unresponsive, with her mouth sealed with what appeared to be a super glue-like substance.

In addition to this horrific scene, three used condoms and apples were reportedly found near the body, further raising suspicions of s3xual assault and possible foul play.
The shocked eyewitness immediately raised an alarm, prompting neighbors to gather and alert authorities. The incident was reported to the Twifo Praso Police, who responded swiftly.
Police Response and Ongoing Investigation
The Twifo Atti-Morkwa District Police Commander, Superintendent Charles Addei Boateng, confirmed the incident and stated that the body has been deposited at the Twifo Atti Morkwa District Hospital morgue for autopsy and further forensic examination.
Superintendent Boateng assured the public of a full-scale investigation, pledging that law enforcement would explore all possible leads to uncover the circumstances surrounding the young woman’s death and bring the perpetrators to justice.
